NATIONAL PTA ART CONTEST Join us and have fun unleashing your inner artist with PTA Reflections! This year's theme, "I Belong" will inspire students all over the country to create original works of art in one (or more!) of the following categories: Dance, Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, and Visual Arts. Don't forget to hold onto your original 2-D art pieces! Entries are due by 10/27.

Have you registered yet? The SKECHERS Pier to Pier Friendship Walk is coming up on Sunday, October 19. Join the Grand View Team and support MBEF, the Grand View PTA, and the Friendship Foundation. It’s so easy! You can walk virtually or in-person and you’ll count toward our school goal. Don’t forget to designate MBEF so that your donation directly benefits our schools. Questions? Lunar New Year begins on February 10. This year, students will receive red envelopes for prosperity, luck and to ward off evil spirits.  We plan to share more of the Asian culture during the month of May, Asian American Pacific Islanders (AAPI) heritage month. Gōngxǐ fācái! Chúc mừng năm mới! Black History Celebration 2/7
Grand View will hold its Black History Month Celebration on Wednesday, February 7th, 1:30-3:30pm. There will be featured performances, food, arts & crafts, books and more! Expect a fun filled afternoon bringing our entire community together.

Please join us for PTA General Meeting at 8:30am on Thursday, Jan 18 at the PAC. We will be featuring our Elementary TOSA Brittany Brashsear. Brittany is instrumental in guiding curriculum and providing support to the teachers, she will be sharing how we as parents can support our children academically.
